At CoreKaya, each piece of Pilates equipment is crafted with precision and care. Given the made-to-order nature and logistical scale of our products, our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity for all customers.

🔄 Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how cancellations work:

  • ✅ Within 24 Hours of Purchase
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t entered production or been dispatched.

  • ❌ After 24 Hours or Once in Production
    After 24 hours or once your order is under production or shipping, cancellation is no longer possible, especially for custom or made-to-order products.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are processed only under specific scenarios:

🟢 Eligible for Refund:

  • Cancellation within the allowed 24-hour window
  • Product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled
  • Approved return due to verified defect or transit damage (see Return Policy)

🔴 Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after dispatch or production
  • Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events (unless excessive and verified)
  • Used, damaged, or unboxed items returned without approval

💳 Refund Timeline

Once approved, your refund will be:

  • Initiated within 5–7 business days
  • Credited to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card)

You’ll receive confirmation via email once the refund is processed.
